The new Civilization Museum in Al-Fustat is a great place that offers the visitors a general overview of all the different historical periods that encompass Egypt. Visitor can learn about the Egyptian civilization across various historical phases starting with the Predynastic and Ancient Egyptian periods, the Graeco-Roman, Coptic, Islamic and modern times.
